艾灸董氏奇穴配合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及对血清IL-2、TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的观察艾灸董氏奇穴配合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及对血清IL-2、TNF-?的影响。方法将慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组予艾灸董氏奇穴配合微波治疗,对照组予微波治疗,两组均治疗3周。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清IL-2和TNF-?表达的变化。结果两组患者治疗后症状、体征均改善,血清IL-2表达均升高,TNF-?表达均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后症状、体征及血清IL-2和TNF-?改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸董氏奇穴配合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎具有较好的疗效,能调整血清IL-2和TNF-?的水平。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of moxibustion at Dong’s extraordinary points plus microwave in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its effect on serum interleukin （IL）-2 and tumor necrosis factor （TNF）-α. Method The recruited patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomized into an observation group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was intervened by moxibustion at Dong’s extraordinary points plus microwave, while the control group was given microwave alone. The two groups were both treated for 3 weeks. The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups, as well as the changes in the expressions of IL-2 and TNF-α in serum after the treatment. Result After the treatment, the symptoms and signs were improved, the expression of serum IL-2 increased and the expression of TNF-α decreased in both groups,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the improvements in the symptoms, signs, and the levels of serum IL-2 and TNF-α in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion at Dong’s extraordinary points plus microwave can produce a satisfactory efficacy for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and it can regulate the serum levels of IL-2 and TNF-α.
