摘　　要：目的观察针刺加电针治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法将95例产后缺乳患者随机分为针刺组(47例)、中药组(48例),分别采用针刺加电针和中药汤剂治疗,观察两组患者的泌乳量、乳房充盈度、乳汁黏稠度以及乳汁淤积程度,对照比较治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。结果两组产妇治疗后泌乳量及乳房充盈度较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01),但从第3天开始到第5天、第7天,针刺组治疗后泌乳量及乳房充盈度较中药组改善更明显(P<0.05)。两组产妇治疗前后乳汁黏稠度均有改善(P<0.01),两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组产妇治疗前后乳汁淤积程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。针刺组总有效率为91.5%,中药组为75.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺加电针治疗产后缺乳较中药汤剂治疗效果显著,起效快,无不良反应,患者易接受。Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture plus electroacupuncture in treating postpartum hypogalactia. Method Ninety-five patients with postpartum hypogalactia were randomized into an acupuncture group （47 cases） and a Chinese medication group （48 cases） to respectively receive acupuncture plus electroacupuncture treatment or Chinese medication decoction. The milk yield, breast engorgement, milk viscosity and mild stagnation degrees were observed in the two groups, and the clinical efficacies for postpartum hypogalactia were compared. Result The milk yield and breast engorgement degree were markedly improved after the treatment in both groups （P〈0.01）, but, from day 3 to day 5 and day 7, the improvements in milk yield and breast engorgementdegree were more significant in the acupuncture group than in the Chinese medication group （P〈0.05）. The milkviscosity degree showed improvement in both groups after the treatment （P〈0.01）, but there was no significantdifference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There was no significant change in milk stagnation degree after thetreatment in the two groups （P〉0.05）. The total effective rate was 91.5% in the acupuncture group versus 75.0% in theChinese medication group, and there was a significant difference in the therapeutic effectiveness between thetwo groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus electroacupuncture can produce a more significant effectivenessin treating postpartum hypogalactia compared with Chinese medication decoction. It acts fast without adverse reactionsand is easy to be accepted by patients.
