针刺四神聪穴联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗皮质下动脉硬化性脑病轻度认知障碍疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺四神聪穴联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗皮质下动脉硬化性脑病所致轻度认知障碍的临床疗效。方法将48例符合诊断标准的患者按随机数字表分为两组,每组24例。治疗组采用针刺四神聪穴和口服盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,对照组采用单纯口服盐酸多奈哌齐治疗。通过比较两组之间简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)及总体疗效的差异,对两组治疗方法进行评估。结果治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为58.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后MMSE、ADL均较同组治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论针刺四神聪穴联合口服盐酸多奈哌齐治疗皮质下动脉硬化性脑病所导致的轻度认知障碍有较好的疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at points Sishencong （Ex-HN1） in treating mild cognitive impairment induced by subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy. Method Forty-eight patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were randomized to two groups, 24 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture at points Sishencong and oral administration of donepezil hydrochloride and the control group took donepezil hydrochloride alone. The therapeutic methods used in the two groups were assessed by between-group comparisons of the Mini-Mental State Examination （MMSE） scores and the Activities of Daily Living （ADL） scores before and after treatment and the overall therapeutic effects after treatment. Result The total efficacy rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 58.3% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The MMSE scores and the ADL scores increased significantly in the two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at points Sishencong plus donepezil hydrochloride has a better therapeutic effect on mild cognitive impairment induced by subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy.
