摘 要:针对油田老站改造时场地限制因素及油田被加热介质工况不稳定、单台加热炉在运行过程中功率变化超出燃烧器调节能力范围、多重介质同时或不同时加热而出现的大跨度负荷变化等条件限制或加热炉工况因素,设计一种大跨度功率调节直通式真空加热炉,应用表明此种设计不仅能满足多介质工况需求,弥补了现有加热炉的不足,减少设备、场地投资,同时还能适应油田站内被加热介质逐年变化等工况,有效降低设备维护投入成本。In view of the limitation of the site during the transformation of the old station in the oilfield and the unstable work-ing conditions of the heating medium in the oilfield, the large-span load changes occurred when the power of the single furnace wasbeyond the range of the burner adjustment capability and the multiple mediums were heated at the same time or at different times,a long-span power regulation through-type vacuum furnace was designed, the application shows that this design can not only meetmulti-media conditions to make up for the lack of existing heating furnace and reduce equipment, site investment, but also can a-dapt to the oil field station heating medium changes year by year, effectively reduce equipment maintenance input costs.
