摘  要:针对螺杆泵外输含砂原油过程中维修频率过高的问题,开展齿轮泵输送原油现场试验研究。试验结果表明:与螺杆泵相比,正常工作频率下,齿轮泵平均泵效可提高约8%,耗电量也约为螺杆泵的37. 5%,日耗电量可节省约150 kW·h,并具有噪音小、振动低等优点;从节电和减少维修费用两个方面考虑,齿轮泵年可节省投资37. 98万元。In order to solve the problem of high maintenance frequency of screw pump in the process of sandy crude oil trans-fer, gear pump field test was carried out. Result of these tests indicate that compared with screw pump, the average pump effi-ciency of gear pump has increased about 8%, the power consumption is about 37.5% of that of screw pump in normal workingfrequency, which has made power consumption reduced by 150 kW·h per day and it has advantages of low noise and vibration.Considering from the two aspects of saving electricity and maintenance cost, the gear pump can save 379 800 yuan per year.
