摘　　要：本文介绍了空气分离的三种主要技术及发展历程,并对国内外制氧行业占统治地位的深冷技术原理及流程做深入讲解,总结空分技术在各行业的应用及营口地区应用该技术的企业概况。This paper introduces three main technologies and development process of air separation, and explains thoroughly the principle and process of cryogenic technology, which dominate the oxygen industry at home and abroad. It summarizes the application of air separation technology in various industries and the general situation of enterprises in Yingkou.
