摘  要:通过直接合成法和浸渍法制备La-Al-SBA-15介孔分子筛催化剂,并通过FT-IR、傅立叶红外光谱仪、X射线衍射、N_2吸附-脱附、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等手段对改性后的分子筛催化剂进行了一系列表征。X射线衍射表征结果表明,La-Al-SBA-15催化剂仍保持着典型的六方介孔结构;而红外谱图中590cm-1处的特征峰,则说明La元素通过键合的方式进入到分子筛孔道中;N_2吸附-脱附表征中能够看出,La-Al-SBA-15催化剂的平均孔径约为3.0nm,孔道分布均匀。将制备的催化剂用于棕榈酸甲酯的酯化合成反应中,当反应条件为催化剂0.50g(酸质量的6.25%)、n(酸):n(醇)=1:30、反应时间420min时,棕榈酸甲酯酯化率最高可达81.33%。La-AI-SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve catalyst prepared by direct synthesis method and impregnation method, and a series of characterization of the modified molecular sieve catalysts were carried out, such as the FT-IR, XRD, N2 adsorption-stripping, SEM and TEM et al. The XRD characterization results show that the typical six-square mesoporous structure is maintained by the La-AI-SBA -15 catalyst. The characteristic peak of 590cm-1 in infrared spectrum shows that the La element is entered into the molecular sieve channel through bonding. N2 adsorption-desorption characterization can be seen, the average pore diameter of the La-AI-SBA-15 catalyst was about 3.0nm and the pore distribution was uniform. The prepared catalyst is used in the esterification reaction of methyl palmitate, when the reaction conditions is 0.50 g catalyst (6.25% of the mass of acid), n (acid) : n (alcohol) = 1:30, reaction time was 420 min, the esterification rate up to 81.33%.
