摘  要:以釉果、氧化铜、石英、玻璃粉和碳酸钡等为主要原料,在还原气氛下烧成,制备出釉面为血红色且表面光滑的祭红釉。采用单因素实验法探讨了烧成制度和工艺条件对祭红釉釉面效果的影响。研究结果表明:在烧成温度为1280℃,球磨时间为20min,釉层厚度为0.6mm^0.8mm的工艺条件下,获得了釉面为色沉安定的祭红釉。The sacrificial red glaze is prepared by using glaze fruit, copper oxide, quartz, glass powder and barium carbonate as main raw material, firing in reducing atmosphere, which shows bleeding red and smooth surface. Effects of firing system and process condition on sacrificial red glaze are studied using the single factor experiments. The results showed that: the best condition for sacrificial red glaze is obtained as follows: firing temperature of 1280℃, milling time of 20 min, glaze thickness of 0.6 mm-0.8 mm process conditions.
