摘 要:实现铜尾矿回收利用意义重大。试验用铜尾矿中SiO_2含量较低,为29.41%,需复合天然砂作为制备蒸压加气混凝土的硅质材料,铜尾矿与天然砂的比例为1:1.7。得出了制备蒸压加气混凝土砌块的最佳配比,在蒸压釜(蒸汽压力1.3MPa、温度198℃)中恒压养护6h,制备的铜尾矿蒸压加气混凝土砌块的抗压强度达4.2MPa,密度为615kg/m^3,满足GB11968-2006《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》A3.5B06等级产品对强度和密度指标的要求。The realization of copper tailings recycling is of great significance. The copper tailings used in the test have a low SiO2 content of 29.41%. The composite natural sand is required as the siliceous material for preparing autoclaved aerated concrete, and the ratio of copper tailings to natural sand is 1:1.7. The optimum ratio of the prepared autoclaved aerated concrete block is obtained. The autoclaved aerated concrete block of the copper tailings is prepared by constant pressure curing for 6 h in an autoclave (steam pressure 1.3 MPa, temperature 198°C). The compressive strength is 4.2 MPa and the density is 615 kg/m3, which meets the requirements of the strength and density indicators of the A3.5B06 grade of GB11968-2006“Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks”.
