空心砌块平均传热系数的数值模拟与实验分析

摘  要:随着空心砌块使用量的增加,专业人员采用各种技术手段对传统砌块的力学性能和热工性能进行改进,以便更好地满足结构和节能方面的要求。利用ANSYS软件模拟研究了中间肋宽和空腔边角对空心砌块平均传热系数的影响,并通过实验对模拟结果进行验证,结果表明:随着中间肋宽的减小,砌块的平均传热系数逐步减小;随着空腔边角半径的增加,砌块的平均传热系数也随之增加。With the increase of the use of hollow block, the professionals use all kinds of technical means to improve traditional blocks’mechanical property and thermal performance in order to better meet the requirements on structural and energy saving. This paper use ANSYS software to simulate the average heat transfer coefficient of hollow block are influenced by the middle rib width and cavity corner, and test the result through the experiment. The results show that with the decrease of the middle rib, the average heat transfer coefficient of the blocks reduce gradually, with the increase of the cavity corner’s radius, the average heat transfer coefficient of the blocks also increased.
