摘　　要：目的探讨Allgower-Donati缝合法预防跟骨骨折切口并发症的作用。方法选取2011年12月-2017年12月在我院行骨折切开复位内固定术的跟骨骨折患者101例进行回顾性分析,按照手术后缝合方法不同分为两组,对照组采用间断垂直褥式缝合法,观察组采用Allgower-Donati缝合法。比较两组患者的临床有效性、围术期相关指标和切口并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的优良率为90.20%,对照组为74.00%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的手术时间、切口缝合时间和引流管留置时间相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组切口并发症发生率为3.92%,对照组为18.00%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Allgower-Donati缝合法可有效预防行骨折切开复位内固定术后跟骨骨折患者切口并发症的发生,不影响手术效果,且可提高临床有效率。Objective To explore the effect of Allgower-Donati suture on the prevention of incision complications associated with calcaneal fractures. Methods One hundred and one patients with calcaneal fractures treated in our hospital between December 2011 and December 2017 were selected,who were divided into two groups according to the suture method. The control group was treated with intermittent vertical mattress suture,while the observation group received the Allgower-Donati suture.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indicators and incision complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent rate of patients was 94.12% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in the duration of surgery,incision suture time and drainage tube indwelling time between the two groups（ P〈0.05）.The incidence of incision complications was 3.92% in the observation group and 18.00% in the control group,which was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Allgower-Donati suture can effectively prevent the occurrence of incision complications in patients with calcaneal fractures after open reduction and internal fixation without making any difference to the surgical effect,which can improve the clinical efficacy.
