摘  要:超高性能混凝土(UHPC)是一种新型的高强度、高耐久性水泥基工程材料,应用于地下综合管廊具有经济、施工便利、耐久性好等特点.以平潭地下综合管廊为原型,进行UHPC地下综合管廊试设计.结果表明,UHPC管廊试设计满足规范要求,其造价随着截面顶底板厚度的增加呈先下降后增大的趋势,且厚度在18cm附近的管廊造价最低;与原C40混凝土管廊相比,UHPC管廊养护时间缩短75%,接头数量减少1/2,施工工期节约53%,且全寿命周期成本仅为原管廊的0.63倍.Ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) is a new type of cement based engineering material with high strength and durability, which is applied to utility tunnel with the features of economy, convenient construction, and good durability. The article carried out the trial design of UHPC underground pipe gallery by taking Pingtan underground pipe gallery as prototype. The result shows that, UHPC utility tunnel trial design meets specification demand, whose cost decreases first and then increases with the increase of roof and floor thickness, and the cost appears lowest with a thickness of 18 cm; the maintenance time of UHPC is shortened 75%, connector numbers reduces by half, and construction period is saved by 53% comparing with C40 concrete pipe, and the life cycle cost is only 0. 63 times that of the original tube, which has broad application prospects.
