摘　　要：目的:探讨自动乳腺全容积成像(ABVS)结合彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)在早期乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的55例早期乳腺癌患者57个病灶的ABVS及CDUS影像资料,比较ABVS、CDUS及两者联合诊断乳腺癌的诊断符合率。结果:早期乳腺癌声像图表现多边缘不光整,形态不规则,微钙化,穿支血流,阴力指数>0.7,ABVS冠状面主要表现为汇聚征,虫蚀样边缘,微钙化。CDUS、ABVS诊断符合率分别为70.2%、78.9%。两者联合诊断符合率为92.9%,联合诊断高于CDUS和ABVS(P<0.05)。ABVS对无肿块背景下微钙化检出率较CDUS高(P<0.05)。结论:在CDUS检查的基础上,结合ABVS冠状面特征,能提高早期乳腺癌的诊断符合率。Objective：To assess the value of the automated breast volume scanner（ABVS） combined with color Doppler ultrasound （ CDL S） in the diagno- sis of early breast cancer.Methods：The imaging data of ABVS and CDLS were collected from 55 pathologically confirmed cases of early breast cancer（57 lesions） , and retrospectively analyzed for comparison with the coincidence rate of simple ABVS or CDLS and combined use of the two in diagnosis of early breast cancer.Results ：Early breast cancer was ultrasonically characterized by spinous margin, irregular morphology, mieroealeifieation, splendid vessels with RI〉0.7, and retraction sign at the coronal plane wormy appearance and mieroealeifieation by ABVS. The agreement rate by simple CDLS or ABVS was 70.2% and 78.9%, respectively, yet the rate was increased to 92.9% by combination of the two. The dift）renee was significant（P〈0.05）. The detec- tion rate for mieroealeifieation absent of mass was higher by ABV S than by CD L S （P〈 0.05 ）.Conclusion ：Combined CD L S with AB V S can improve the di- agnostic rate for early breast cancer.
