益气温阳方治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究益气温阳方在治疗儿童肺脾虚寒型变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:选取2016年12月-2017年5月江苏省第二中医院耳鼻喉门诊诊治的儿童AR 60例为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用益气温阳方或颗粒剂治疗,对照组采用开瑞坦10mg,睡前1次,治疗疗程为4周,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率为80%,对照组有效率为73.3%,两组总有效率无明显差异(P> 0.05),但在缓解鼻塞、鼻痒、清水鼻涕症状上有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论:益气温阳方治疗儿童变应性鼻炎等同开瑞坦,但在改善鼻塞、鼻痒、清水鼻涕上优于开瑞坦,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the efects of the Yiqi Wenyang prescription （益气温阳方 ） on allergic rhinitis of the Feipi Xuhan syndrome （肺脾虚寒型 ）. Methods： 60 cases were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The control group received Claritin （10mg）; the observation group was treated with the Yiqi Wenyang prescription, for 4 weeks. Results： The efciency was 80% in the observation group and 73.3% in the control group, without statistically signifcant diference between groups （P〉0.05）. There were statistically signifcant diferences in relieving symptoms of stufy noses, nasal itching and clear nasal discharge fow. Conclusion： The Yiqi Wenyang prescription on AR in children shows a signifcant efect, is worthy of clinical promotion.
