观察穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:对治疗肛肠病手术后出现尿潴留使用穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆的实际效果进行研究分析。方法:选择2016年7月-2017年7月在我院行肛肠病手术后出现尿潴留患者共100例作为研究分析对象,将所有患者随机分为观察组、对照组,对照组使用热敷、诱导排尿的方式进行治疗,观察组使用穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆进行治疗,将两组的治疗总有效率、首次排尿时间、排尿所需时间以及排尿情况进行对比。结果:在治疗总有效率方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P <0.05);在首次排尿时间、排尿所需时间、排尿情况以及小腹症状情况方面,观察组均明显优于对照组(P <0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:在治疗肛肠病患者手术后出现尿潴留中使用穴位敷贴联合而耳穴压豆进行治疗有显著疗效,可明显降低首次排尿时间以及所需时间,显著改善患者的排尿情况以及小腹症状,在临床治疗中值得推广应用。Objective To observe clinical efects of point application and press beans at points on uroschesis after anorectal surgery. Methods： 100 patients with uroschesis after anorectal surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated by hot compress and induceded urination; the observation group was treated by point application and press beans. Results： The total efective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The frst time of urination, duration of urination, urinary retention and abdomen symptoms in the observation group was better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Point application and press beans at points on uroschesis after anorectal surgery was efective and worthy of promotion, can signifcantly reduce frst voiding time and duration of urination, improve voiding and abdominal symptoms.
