中西医综合治疗60例寻常性痤疮的临床治疗体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医及综合干预治疗对寻常性痤疮的临床体会。方法:收集60例门诊寻常性痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予CO2点阵激光联合中药枇杷清肺饮治疗,对照组给予CO2点阵激光治疗,两组均给予饮食、睡眠、情志等综合干预,治疗4周后比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,且两组在饮食、睡眠及情绪方面均发生了显著的变化。结论:中西医及综合干预治疗对寻常性痤疮的临床效果好,无明显副作用,操作简单,值得临床推广。Objective： To explore the clinical experience in treating acne vulgaris in TCM and western medicine and comprehensive intervention. Methods： 60 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group was treated by CO2 dot matrix laser plus the Pipa Qingfei decoction （ 枇杷清肺饮 ）, the control group was only treated by CO2 dot matrix laser, and both of them were given comprehensive interventions such as diet, sleep, and emotion. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efects in two groups were compared. Results： The total efective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group. The total efective rate in the treatment group was signifcantly better than the control group, and the patients in both groups had significant changes in diet, sleep and emotion. Conclusion： The clinical effect of TCM and western medicine and comprehensive intervention on acne vulgaris is satisfactory. There is no obvious side effects, and it is easy to operate simply, and worthy of clinical promotion.
