摘　　要：正五聚蛋白3(Pentraxin 3, PTX3)是一种模式识别受体参与宿主免疫反应调控。作为一种炎性标记物,其血浆水平在肺部感染性疾病中迅速升高。检测血浆PTX3水平可能有助于肺部感染性的诊断、治疗和预后判断。Pentraxin 3 （PTX3） is a pattern recognition receptor involved in regulation of the host immune response. As an inflammatory marker, the plasma PTX3 level was rapidly increased in pulmonary infection. Detection of plasma PTX3 level may be contribute to the diagnosis, treatment and prognostic judgment of pulmonary infection.
