雷火灸联合中医护理干预肛肠病术后尿潴留

摘　　要：目的:观察雷火灸联合中医护理在肛肠科相关疾病术后出现的尿潴留中的治疗效果。方法:将60例肛肠疾病患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组的患者出现尿潴留时采用常规导尿进行排尿。研究组在对照组的基础上,在患者围手术期实施雷火灸联合中医护理干预。对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果:研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,自主排尿恢复时间明显短于对照组。结论:对肛肠病手术后发生尿潴留患者,实施雷火灸联合中医护理能够有效预防和治疗尿潴留,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the efect of the Leihuo moxibustion （雷火灸 ） plus TCM nursing on urinary retention after operation of anorectal diseases. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the study group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group were urinating with routine urethral catheterization. The study group was given the Leihuo moxibustion plus TCM nursing more. Results： The efciency in the study group was signifcantly higher than the control group; the recovery time of the autonomous urination in the study group was signifcantly shorter than the control group. Conclusion： The Leihuo moxibustion plus TCM nursing can efectively prevent and treat urinary retention, is worthy of application.
