国外高尔夫竞技人才培养对我国的启示

摘　　要：随着我国高尔夫运动的快速发展,我国高尔夫运动赛事逐年增加,但在各种世界大赛中却少有中国人的身影,高尔夫竞技人才的培养问题成为限制我国高尔夫运动发展的一大瓶颈,如何建立和完善我国高尔夫竞技人才培养机制成为当前的重要问题。通过运用文献资法、个案研究法和比较分析法等,对当前国外高尔夫竞技人才培养模式进行了研究,并结合我国当前高尔夫竞技运动发展的实际情况,提出未来我国高尔夫竞技人才的培养应该注重:加强认知环境的调适,加强中小学的推广,完善大学的培养体系和推进职业化发展。With the rapid development of golf in China, golf tournament increased year by year, but very few have access to world Championships. The problem of cultivating competitive golf talent has become a bottleneck restricting the development of golf in China. The methods of literature research, case study and comparative analysis were used to study current golf sports talent training mode abroad. Combined with the actual situation of China, it proposed to focus on the adaptation of cognitive environment, golf promotion in primary and secondary schools, golf training system in universities and golf occupation development.
