贵州榕江“体操之乡”的形成与发展

摘　　要：采用文献资料、专家咨询、实地调研等方法,对榕江体操之乡的形成、成功经验、面临的困境及突破路径等进行研究,使其不断完善、发展和壮大,更好地服务于我国竞技体操事业发展。结论:1)榕江体操培训启蒙始于上世纪60年代,至今已有50余年,张光远老师(教练)成立的学校少儿体操兴趣小组,开启了榕江少儿体操培训的先河; 2)上级部门的大力支持、当地人对体操价值的认同、体操教练的辛勤付出、榕江人坚韧不拔与敢打敢拼的意志品质等是榕江体操之乡体操发展的成功经验; 3)青少年体操竞技水平下滑、训练条件设施落后、缺乏深厚的文化底蕴等是榕江体操发展所面临的困境。建议:加强教练的培养和引进力度;扩大体操发展资金来源渠道;依托体操打造体育特色小镇等。＂Home of gymnastics＂ is an important ＂base area＂ for popularizing competitive gymnastics and inheriting culture of competitive gymnastics, and it is an important paradigm for the reproduction and development of competitive gymnastics in China. This paper used the method of literature material, expert consultation, and field survey to study the formation, the successful experience, the plight, and the path breakthrough of Rongjiang gymnastics, with a view to provide better services for the development of Chinese competitive gymnastics career. Conclusion： 1） The gymnastics training in Rongjiang began in the 1960s, having a history of more than 50 years. Children gymnastics interest groups in school established by Mr. Zhang Guangyuan set the precedent of children gymnastics training in Rongjiang; 2） The support of higher authorities, the local people＇s recognition of the value of gymnastics, the coach＇s hard work, and Rongjiang people＇s grittiness and their willpower to fight bravely are the successful experience of gymnastics development in Rongjiang; 3） The decline of teenager＇s competitive level, the backward training facilities and lack of profound cultural deposits are the difficulties hindering the gymnastics development. It proposes that Rongjiang should strengthen the training and introduction of coaches, expand the sources of funds for the development of gymnastics, and build a small town with sports characteristics based on gymnastics.
