摘 要:利用扫描电子显微镜分析了08Mn2Si A拉丝断裂的原因,并利用热模拟试验机研究了不同控冷工艺对08Mn2Si A组织转变的影响。扫描电镜分析发现试样中含有较多的马氏体硬相组织,导致材料拉拔性能差。热模拟研究结果表明在530℃以上缓冷会恶化材料性能,只有缓冷到低于530℃,才会减少马氏体组织的出现。The causes of the fracture of welding-wire steel 08Mn2SiA during drawing process were analyzed by scanning electron microscope ( SEN ) , and the effects of different cooling control processes on the structural transformation of welding-wire steel 08Mn2SiA were studied by means of thermal simulation tester. SEM analysis showed that the samples contain much martensite hard structure which resulted in poor drawing property. The results of thermal simulation showed that slow cooling above 530℃ will decrease the material pertonnance. Only slow cooling below 530℃ will reduce the occurrence of martensite structure.
