摘  要:介绍了南钢通过在钢板上打印二维码,使钢板在切割前便拥有了ID号,切割机、标印机通过扫码自动采集数据,减少过程中人工参与出现的错误,实现生产过程自动化。此二维码还可通过手机APP扫码识别,客户可用手机直接查询钢板相关信息,提高产品的识别度,提升企业形象和竞争力。This paper introduces that steel plates are marked with QR codes as ID numbers before cutting in NISCO, and cutting machines and marking machines will collect the data automatically by scanning the code, which-will avoid the mistakes due to the manual intervention and automatizes the production process. In addition, the QR codes can be recog- nized through mobile APP, so the customers can search the data of steel plates by mobile phones, thus enterprise image and competiveness is enhanced.
