摘  要:为了研究民用运输机蒙皮表面上常见的划痕损伤,根据划痕发生部位的结构特点,建立其应力分析模型,采用有限元分析方法,研究应力集中系数与外载荷、划痕宽度、划痕深度之间的变化规律。仿真得出,当划痕尺寸不变时,划痕所受应力集中系数基本不随外载荷的变化而变化;当外载荷不变时,划痕深度值增大时比划痕宽度值增大时对划痕所受应力集中系数影响大。分析仿真结果,提出了民机机体蒙皮划痕处理的三种方案,为航线维护中划痕处理提供理论支持。To study common scratches on fuselage skin of civil aircraft,the paper establishes their stress analysis model according to the features of the structure with scratches,and studies the changing law among stress concentration coefficient and external load,scratch width,and scratch depth through the finite element analysis method.The results of emulation indicate that when scratch sizes remain unchanged,stress concentration coefficient of scratches basically does not change with external load;when external load remains unchanged,the bigger scratch depth has the more significant impact on stress concentration coefficient than scratch width.Therefore,the paper presents three solutions as the theoretical support to the treatment of scratches on fuselage skin of civil aircraft.
