摘　　要：近二十年的肿瘤治疗历程中,靶向治疗扮演了重要的角色,靶向药物的副作用小、疗效显著,在改善患者生存质量的同时,也创造了巨大的市场机会。对肿瘤靶向药物市场发展现状和热门靶点(PD-1/PD-L1、VEGF、EGFR)肿瘤药物竞争格局进行了分析,以期为相关研究人员提供参考。Targeted therapy has played an important role in the course of tumor treatment in the past twenty years. Targeted drugs have little side effects and signifcant curative effects, which can improve the quality of life of patients, and create a huge market opportunity. In this paper, the current situation of tumor targeting drug market and the competition pattern of tumor drugs（PD-1/PD-L1、VEGF、EGFR）are analyzed,which can provide references for relevant researchers.
