摘　　要：神经生长因子(NGF)是最早被发现的神经营养因子,广泛分布于中枢神经系统和周围神经系统中,不仅在神经系统中具有重要功能,同时,在非神经系统中也发挥至关重要的作用。目前,NGF相关产品的临床应用已经受到研究者和临床医师的广泛关注。为了全面深入认识NGF,更好地指导临床应用,就NGF研究和药物开发进展作简要综述。Nerve growth factor （NGF）, the earliest known neurotrophic factor, is widely distributed in the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system. It not only has important functions in nervous system, but also plays a crucial role in non-nervous system. At present, the clinical application of NGF related products has been widely concerned by researchers and clinicians. In order to comprehensively and deeply understand NGF and better guide its clinical application, this paper briefly reviews the progress of NGF research and drug development.
