摘 要:目的研究绝经前后乳腺癌患者雌二醇(E2)、雌激素受体(ER)的表达水平及其与凋亡相关因子配体(Fas L)表达的关系。方法方便选取2014年1月—2017年1月在我该治疗的乳腺癌患者86例。其中绝经前患者45例为绝经前组;绝经后患者41例为绝经后组。检测并对比两组组织E2、ER及Fas L水平,绝经前组及绝经后组癌组织的E2、ER及Fas L的阳性表达,分析Fas L阳性表达与E2、ER阳性表达的相关性。结果绝经后组的组织E2(452.94±62.88)pmol/L、ER(173.21±32.64)pmol/L及Fas L(127.35±31.02)pmol/L表达水平均分别低于绝经前组(854.33±53.21)、(208.85±49.63)、(316.74±28.69)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=32.045、3.894、29.415,P<0.05)。根据SPearman法对相关性进行分析,绝经前癌组织的Fas L阳性表达与E2、ER阳性表达之间均呈正相关(r=0.734、0.688,P均<0.05);绝经后癌组织的Fas L阳性表达与E2、ER阳性表达之间亦呈正相关(r=0.657、0.712,P<0.05)。结论绝经前后乳腺癌患者的组织E2、ER与Fas L水平均较高,且呈现出正相关关系,临床可考虑对此三者指标进行监测,从而更好地辅助诊断。Objective To study the expression of estradiol (E2) and estrogen receptor (ER) in breast cancer patients before and after menopause and its relationship with the expression of apoptosis-related factor ligand (FasL). Methods 86 patients with breast cancer who were treated in the hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were convenient selected. Among the premenopausal patients, 45 were premenopausal patients; 41 patients were postmenopausal patients. The levels of E2, ER and FasL in the two groups were detected and compared. The positive expressions of E2, ER and FasL in the premenopausal group and postmenopausal group were analyzed. The correlation between FasL positive expression and E2 and ER expression was analyzed. Results The expression levels of E2 (452.94±62.88)pmol/L, ER (173.21±32.64)pmol/L and FasL (127.35±31.02)pmol/L in the postmenopause group were lower than those in the premenopausal group (854.33±53.21), (208.85±49.63),(316.74±28.69)pmol/L. The difference was statistically significant (t=32.045, 3.894, 29.415, P〈0.05). According to the con'elation analysis by SPearman method, there was a positive correlation between FasL positive expression and E2, ER positive expression in premenopausal cancer tissues (r=0.734, 0.688, P〈0.05); FasL positive expression in postmenopausal cancer tissues had a positive correlation between E2 and ER positive expression (r=0.657, 0.712, P〈0.05). Conclusion The preoperative and postmenopausal breast cancer patients have higher levels of E2, ER and FasL in the tissues and have a positive correlation. Clinical monitoring of these three indicators can be considered to better assist diagnosis.
