摘 要:目的探讨坦洛新在输尿管结石体外冲击波碎石后辅助排石的临床疗效。方法方便选取2016年1月—2017年12月该院收治的210例输尿管结石冲击波碎石患者,随机分为实验组(n=118)和对照组(n=92),两组均给予体外冲击波碎石治疗,实验组加以盐酸坦洛新治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组结石7 d及14 d清除率分别为68.64%,88.98%,均显著高于对照组的55.43%,78.26%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.159、4.391,P=0.041、0.036);实验组严重肾绞痛发生率、二次碎石率、直径≥0.6 cm较小结石排尽率分别为9.32%、9.32%、85.88%,与对照组的20.65%、19.57%、68.75%比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.647、4.880、8.287,P=0.017、0.027、0.004);两组直径<0.6 cm排尽率相当,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=1.454,P=0.228)。结论盐酸坦洛新在输尿管结石体外冲击波后起着一定的促进排石作用,能够减少严重肾绞痛发生率,减少患者痛苦。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tamsulosin in the treatment of ureteral calculi with extracorpore- al shock wave lithotripsy. Methods A total of 210 patients with ureteral calculus calculus were convenient selected and enrolled in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017. They were randomly divided into experimental group (n=118) and control group (n=92). Both groups were given extracorporeal shock wave stone treatment, the experimental group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride. Compare the effects of the two groups. Results The clearance rates of stones in the experimental group at 7 days and 14 days were 68.64% and 88.98%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group 55.43% and 78.26%the different was statistically significant(χ2=4.159,4.391, P=0.041,0.036); severe renal plexus in the experimental group. The occurrence rates of pain, secondary lithotripsy, and small stones with di- ameter ≥0.6 cm were 9.32%, 9.32%, and 85.88%, respectively, which were significantly different from the 20.65%, 19.57%, and 68.75% in the control group (χ2=5.647,4.880,8.287, P=0.017,0.027,0.004); the exhaustion rate of the two groups 〈0.6 cm was equivalent the different was statistically significant (χ2=1.454, P=0.228). Conclusion Tamsulosin hydrochloride plays a certain role in promoting stone expulsion after extracorporeal shock waves of ureteral stones, which can reduce the incidence of severe renal colic and reduce the suffering of patients.
