中医正骨联合手术治疗踝关节骨折旋前外旋型4度有效性及应用优势探究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医正骨联合手术治疗踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法方便选取2017年1月—2018年2月该院收治的踝关节骨折旋前外旋型4度患者80例作为观察对象,将80例患者随机分为研究组与对照组,每组40例患者。对照组实施单纯性手术治疗措施,研究组采用中医正骨联合手术治疗。观察两组患者的手术治疗效果、生活质量评分情况等。结果研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率(95.0%)要显著高于对照组(70.0%),两组之间数据比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.67,P<0.05)。研究组患者心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分分别为(86.9±7.2)分、(90.4±4.6)分、(82.4±3.2)分。高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=15.57、31.00、24.67,P<0.05)。结论踝关节骨折患者采取中医正骨联合手术,能够有效提高临床的治疗效果,缩短患者治疗的时间,促进患者恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of ankle fractures with traditional Chinese bone surgery. Methods 80 patients with an ankle external rotation type 4 degree ankle fracture treated in the hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were convenient selected as observation objects. 80 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with simple surgical treatment, and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese bone surgery. Observed the effect of surgical treatment and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group （95.0%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （70.0%）, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （χ2=8.67, P〈0.05）. The scores of psychological function, somatic function and social function in the study group were （86.9±7.2） points, （90.4±4.6） points, and （82.4±3.2） points respectively. The study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （t=15.57, 31.00, 24.67, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with ankle joint fractures undergoing traditional Chinese bone surgery can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, shorten the time for treatment of patients, and promote the recoverT of patients.
