低张双重对比CT扫描和后处理技术在胃十二指肠病变中的应用

摘　　要：目的讨论研究应用低张双重对比CT扫描和后处理技术对检查与诊断胃十二直肠病变的临床价值与意义。方法方便选择该院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的怀疑胃十二指肠病变、或经纤维胃镜检查发现胃十二指肠病变需进一步检查的患者100例。对所有患者分别进行低张双重对比造影CT扫描检查并将结果与患者术后病理检查结果进行对照。结果低张双重对比CT扫描分期人数与手术结果比较得出,I期、II期、III期及IV期判断准确率分别为96.1%、94.1%、93.7%及100.0%;对浆膜受侵程度、周围器官浸润及远处转移判断准确率分别为95.1%、86.4%及86.7%。结论在诊断胃十二指肠病变过程中应用低张双重对比CT扫描可对患者胃、十二指肠内壁、肠腔、血管及周围比邻器官等情况进行全面观察。Objective To discuss the clinical value and significance of low-dose double-contrast CT scanner post-processing technique for the detection and diagnosis of gastro-duodenal lesions. Methods 100 patients with suspected gastroduodenal lesions who were convenient admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018, or who had gastroduodenal lesions confirmed by fiberoptic gastroscopy for fur/her examination were selected. All patients underwent low contrast double contrast CT scans and the results were compared with postoperative pathological findings. Results Compared with the surgical results, the accuracy of the low-duplex dual-contrast CT scan showed that the accuracy of the Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and IV stages was 96.1%, 94.1%, 93.7%, and 100.0%, respectively; The accuracy rate of judging the accuracy of peripheral organ infiltration and distant metastasis was 95.1%, 86.4% and 86.7%, respectively. Conclusion In the diagnosis of gastroduodenal lesions, low-dose double contrast CT scan can be used to comprehensively observe the stomach, duodenal wall, intestinal lumen, blood vessels and surrounding organs.
