摘 要:汽车的安全性是汽车设计和制造的第一指标,而汽车的制动可靠性是衡量汽车安全标准的重要因素。全文基于汽车制动理论,通过CATIA三维建模软件建立制动盘的三维模型,然后根据有限元原理,利用ANSYS Workbench软件平台对影响汽车盘式制动器制动性能的主要因素进行研究和分析,文章主要对制动盘做静力分析和模态分析,结果表明该制动盘的性能基本满足要求。The safety of a car is the first index of automobile design and manufacture, and the reliability of automobile braking performance is the most important factor to measure the automobile safety standard. The full text is based on the theory of automobile braking, firstly, a three-dimensional model of frame was established in CATIA. Then, based on the finite element principle, the structural static analysis and modal analysis was done by using the ANSYS Workbench software. The results show that the performance of the brake disc meets the requirements basically.
