摘　　要：文章主要介绍了某型驱动桥轮边减速器售后失效改进,通过故障信息、原因分析、改进措施、改进效果等四个方面详细的描述了整个改进过程。初步确认了行星轮止推垫片磨损、滚针轴承点蚀散架是导致某型驱动桥轮边减速器售后失效的主要故障模式。并针对此两种故障模式从止推垫片、滚针轴承两方面进行了改进,取得了较好效果。This article mainly introduces the aftermarket failure improvement of a type drive axle reducer, and describes the whole process of improvement in detail through four aspects, such as fault information, reason analysis, improvement measures, improvement effect and so on. It is preliminarily confirmed that the wear failure of planetary wheel thrust pad and the drop corrosion of needle roller bearings are the main failure modes leading to the failure of wheel reducer of a certain drive axle. The two fault modes are improved from two aspects of thrust shim and roller bearing, and good results are achieved.
