摘　　要：文章主要介绍某轻卡双扭杆机构扭杆力调节螺栓(螺母)强度的校核计算,考察设计阶段调节臂的结构和螺栓选取是否合理,为后续设计优化工作提供参考,满足强度的要求。This paper mainly introduces the calculation of adjusting bolt（nut） strength of torsion rod of a light card double torsion bar mechanism, and investigates whether the structure of adjusting arm and bolt selection are reasonable in the design stage, so as to provide reference for the subsequent design optimization work and meet the requirements of strength.
