摘 要:商用车动力转向器(以下简称"转向器总成")的最大输出扭矩(即转向器总成在额定工作压力下的输出扭矩)是整车转向系统性能匹配设计的关键参数,对其认识的偏差,将导致助力系统匹配性能不佳,降低系统可靠性等问题。而常规的最大输出扭矩测试方法,存在效率低下,观测点少等问题。为解决这些问题,文章提出一种基于PID闭环控制方案,实现了最大输出扭矩连续测试,通过测试结果曲线,对转向器总成最大输出扭矩性能实现准确全面的评估,而这一测试方法也是对QC/T529的有利补充。The maximum output torque (i.e. the output torque of the steering assembly under the rated working pressure) of the commercial vehicle power steering (hereinafter referred to as "the steering assembly") is the key parameter of the performance matching design of the vehicle steering system, the deviation in the understanding of the maximum output torque of the steering assembly, which leads to the poor matching performance of the auxiliary system and reduct the system reliability. The rule test method of the output torque has the problems of inefficiency and few observation points. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a closed loop control scheme based on PID, which realizes the continuous test of the maximum output torque, through the test result curve, the maximum output torque performance of the steering gear assembly is evaluated accurately and comprehensively, and this method is also a favorable supplement to the QC/T529.
