摘  要:以某全地形车双横臂独立悬架为研究对象,在ADAMS/View中建立悬架及转向虚拟样机,以转向梯形断开点坐标为变量,悬架上下跳动到极限位置时的前桥前束角为研究对象,输出悬架跳动与角度变化曲线,对断开点坐标进行优化分析,使轮胎跳动时由转向杆系与悬架运动干涉所引起的前桥前束角的变化角度尽可能小,从而降低对轮胎的磨损,保证车辆稳态行驶。Study on the double Wishbone Independent suspension of an all terrain vehicle, a virtual prototype of suspension and steering is built in ADAMS/View,take the coordinate of the break point of steering trapezoid as the variable, the beam Angle of the front bridge when the suspension jumps up and down to the limit position is the research object, output suspension jump and Angle change curve, the coordinate of the disconnecting point is optimized, the change Angle of the beam Angle in front of the bridge caused by the interference of steering rod system and suspension is minimized, this reduces wear and tear on the tires, keep the vehicle steady.
