护理风险管理在手术室中应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的比较手术室实施常规与护理风险管理效果差异。方法 2016年4月—2017年3月该院手术室实施常规护理(对照组),2017年4月—2018年3月手术室实施护理风险管理(观察组),比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理安全考试成绩(94.22±2.25)分高于对照组的(87.3±6.28)分;同时分别调查观察组及对照组各150例手术患者,观察组护理风险发生率0.67%、护理投诉0.00%低于对照组的5.33%、4.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.02、4.12,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度99.33%高与对照组的93.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.87,P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在手术室中应用能够降低护理风险事件及护理投诉,也提高了手术护理的满意度。Objective To compare the difference in the routine and nursing risk management effect. Methods The control group used the routine nursing in the operating room from April 2016 to March 2017, while the observation group used the nursing risk management in the operating room from April 2017 to March 2018 such as improving the regulations in the operating room, enhancing the professional training management, doing well in the communication work, improving the legal awareness of operative nurse, implementing the flexible shift arrange, and rationally arrange the emergency surgery,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The nursing safety examination score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,[（94.22±2.25）points vs （87.3±6.28）points], at the same time, 150 cases and 150 cases in the observation group and in the control group were respectively surveyed, and the incidence rate of nursing risks and nursing compliant rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（0.67%, 0.00% vs 5.33%,4.00%）, the different was statistically signifieant（x2=5.02,4.12,P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfaetot7 degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（99.33% vs 93.33%）,the different was statistically signifieant（χ^2=4.87,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the operating room can reduce the nursing risk events and nursing complaints,and improve the satisfaetory degree of operative nursing.
