摘 要:目的分析CHB患者健康教育现状,针对现状提出建立"四时、五化、七方位"健康管理模式。方法利用开放式问卷调查的方法,进行一般资料的统计分析,利用质性研究的方法对患者所答问题进行统计描述。结果本次研究发放30份问卷,有效回收30份,回收率为100.00%。年龄26~46岁之间[均数±标准差为(33.7±5.65)];从事护理工作年限4~25岁之间[中位数+四分位数间距(8±6)];从事肝病科护理工作年限2~19年之间[(中位数+四分位数间距(8±4)];慢性CHB患者的健康教育未形成同质化的、全面的健康教育内容。健康教育方式单一、健康教育工具缺乏直观与形象化、健康教育模式缺乏个性化、健康教育时段缺乏常态化。结论 "四时、五化、七方位"的慢性乙型肝炎患者健康管理模式的建立能有效弥补传统CHB患者健康教育的缺陷,值得在临床CHB健康教育工作中进一步完善并推广应用。Objective To analyze the health education status of CHB patients and establish the "four times, five orientations and seven directions" health management model. Methods The general data were statistically analyzed by the spss statistical software and open questionnaire, and the questions were for statistical description by the qualitative study method. Results 30 pieces of questionnaires were issued, and 30 pieces were effectively cycled, and the recycle rate was 100.00%, and the age was between 26 and 46[mean number±standard deviation(33.7±5.65)], and the patients engaged in the nursing work was aged between 4 and 25 [median±interquartile range (8±6)], and the patients engaged in the nursing work in the Hepatic Department were aged from 2 to 19[median±interquartile range(8±4)], and the health education of chronic CHB patients did not form the homogenization and comprehensive health education content, and the health education way was single, and the health education tool lacked the intuitionistic and visualized features, health education model lacked the individualized feature, and the health education period lacked the normalized feature. Conclusion The establishment of "four times, five orientations and seven directions" health management model can effectively supplement the defects of traditional health education of CHB patients, which is worth further promotion and application.
