摘 要:患者是医疗服务关系的相对人,也是医疗纠纷的参与方。因为患者的消费者身份属性,滋生了患者就医的特殊消费理念,这种理念使患者对医疗服务关系产生了歪曲的认知,容易引发心理失衡,是医疗纠纷产生的深层次原因。该文从消费理念的角度对医疗纠的成因进行了探讨。Patients are the counterparty concerned of medical service relationship, and it is also the participant of medical disputes, and the identity attribute of consumers breed s the special consumption concept of medicine, thus making the patients produce the distorted cognition of medical service relationship, which is easy to cause the mental unbalance, and it is the deep-seated cause of medical disputes.This paper discusses the causes of medical diputes from the Angle of consumption concept
