摘　　要：在《全面实施家庭医生签约服务模式的调研》基础上,通过访谈法了解基层医务人员工作能力的现状,并查阅卫健委相关政策及大量文献资料,分析探讨,提出提高基层医疗卫生服务能力和质量的合理化建议,以助推进分级诊疗制度,将家庭医生签约服务落到实处。On the basis of the survey on comprehensive implementation of contracting service model of family doctors, the paper knows the status of work abilities of primary medical staff, refers to a large number of literatures and related policies of health commission, and puts forwards the suggestions of improving the primary medical health service ability and quality, to promote the classification diagnosis and treatment system and implement the contracting service of family doctors.
