益肾壮骨合剂联合钙尔奇D治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析益肾壮骨合剂联合钙尔奇D应用于糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者的临床价值。方法该研究选取2017年2月—2018年2月期间该院内分泌科收治的糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者94例,依据随机原则划分为实验组和对照组各47例,实验组予以益肾壮骨合剂联合钙尔奇D方案,对照组予以常规降糖药物方案,比较两组患者相关实验室检查的数值状况。结果经治疗后,实验组患者的血钙、血磷、骨碱性磷酸酶水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肾壮骨合剂联合钙尔奇D应用于糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者临床疗效确切,能够有效降低患者血糖水平,改善血清钙磷水平,值得临床借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical value of yishenzhuanggu mixture combined with caltrate D in treatment of diabetes and osteoporosis. Methods 94 cases of patients with yishenzhuanggu mixture combined with caltrate D admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each, the experimental group were treated with yishenzhuanggu mixture combined with caltrate D, while the control group used the routine hypoglycemic drugs, and the values of related laboratory examination were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of blood calcium, blood phosphorus and bone alkaline phosphatase in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of yishenzhuanggu mixture combined with caltrate D in treatment of diabetes and osteoporosis is definite, which can effectively reduce the blood glucose level, and improve the serum calcium level, which is worth clinical reference.
