全程护理干预在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析冠心病合并糖尿病应用全程护理干预的临床护理效果。方法选择该院2016年1月—2018年5月收治的116例冠心病合并糖尿病患者,根据护理方法不同分为两组,对两组临床指标控制情况及护理效果进行对比分析。结果观察组经护理后空腹血糖(6.85±0.50)mmol/L,饭后2 h血糖(9.11±0.75)mmol/L,舒张压(84.73±10.14)mmHg,收缩压(125.02±20.77)mmHg,血糖和血压指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总有效率(55/58)94.83%显著高于对照组(48/58)82.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程护理干预有效控制并维持冠心病合并糖尿病患者血糖和血压水平稳定,为患者提供系统、全面、高效的护理指导,显著提升临床护理效果,促进患者康复。Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of whole-course nursing intervention in the patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes. Methods 116 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods, the control condition of clinical indexes and nursing effect were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing, the fasting blood glucose, blood glucose in 2h after dinner, diastolic pressure and systolic pressure in the observation group were respectively（6.85±0.50）mmol/L,（9.11±0.75）mmol/L,（84.73±10.14）mmHg,（125.02±20.77）mmHg, and these indexes, blood glucose an blood pressure were obviously better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the total nursing effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group[（55/58）94.83% vs （48/58）82.76%（P〈0.05）]. Conclusion The whole-course nursing intervention can effectively control and maintain the stability of blood glucose and blood pressure levels of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes thus providing the systematic, comprehensive and effective nursing guidance, which can obviously improve the clinical nursing effect and promote the recovery of patients.
