中药沐足联合全面护理干预治疗糖尿病高危足的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨研究中药沐足联合全面护理干预治疗糖尿病高危足的护理效果。方法将于2016年3月—2017年3月该院收治的68例糖尿病高危足患者抽出作为研究对象,将其平均分成观察组和对照组,均予以中药沐足进行治疗,在此基础上,对照组加以常规护理,观察组加以全面护理,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(94.72%vs 67.65%);观察组护理满意度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病高危足患者采用中药沐足联合有效护理措施进行干预,其治疗效果得以显著性提升,且患者护理满意度高,值得推广。Objective To study the nursing effect of Chinese medicine bath-foot combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in treatment of diabetes high-risk foot. Methods 68 cases of patients with diabetes high-risk foot admitted and treated in our hospital were selected and treated with TCM bath-foot, and the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the comprehensive nursing, and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（94.72% vs 67.65%）, and the nursing satisfactory degree score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the different was staatidtically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Chinese medicine bath-foot combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in treatment of diabetes high-risk foot can obviously improve the clinical treatment effect with higher nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth promotion.
