摘 要:由于建筑使用功能及建筑效果的需要,超长医用建筑不断出现,多数医院建筑体型复杂、结构超长、平立面不规则,对结构设计的要求越来越高。超长医用建筑在结构设计时,如何解决结构抗震和温度应力的问题尤为重要。文章以泰安市中心医院新建院区的门诊医技病房综合楼为例,针对其建筑体型、平立面的规则程度,通过抗震缝将门诊医技病房综合楼分为了门诊医技楼和病房楼2个独立的结构单元,采用了具有2道抗震防线的框架—剪力墙结构体系,并对薄弱连接部位进行了性能化分析,采用了部分型钢混凝土结构,提高了其抗震性能,取得了良好的抗震设计效果。结合实际对超长混凝土结构进行了温度应力的计算,合理利用材料,结合相应的构造措施,有效的减小了温度应力对超长医用建筑结构的影响。Due to the need of buihting function and buihting effect, super-long medical buihtings continue to emerge. Most hospitals have complex buihlings, extremely long structures and irregular facades. The requirement for structural design is getting higher and higher. It is very important to solve the problems of seismic and temperature stress in the structural design of super long medical buildings. The article takes the outpatient medical and technical ward complex building as an example, which is located in the newly built hospital area of Tai'an City Central Hospital. According to the size of the building and the level of the horizontal facade, the seismic joints is used to divide the outpatient medical ward comprehensive building into two independent structural units: outpatient medical building and ward building. The frame-shear wall structure system with two seismic lines is used and the performance of weak joints is analyzed. This structure system has improved the seismic performance of the structure and achieved good design effect. The temperature stress of the super-long concrete structure is also calculated in this paper. Reasonably using of the materials combined with the corresponding structural measures will effectively reduce the impact of temperature stress on ultra-long medical building structure.
