摘  要:在市场经济发展迅猛的新时期,我国政府出台了一些有关医改的政策,医院间的竞争越发激烈。各个医院为提高竞争力,都开展了全方位的改革,显著提升了医院的服务质量与医疗水平。为了更好的管理,不少医院采取了绩效管理,但在应用中面临一些挑战,没有发挥绩效管理的价值。该文主要介绍医院绩效管理的内涵和意义,分析新时期医院在绩效管理方面遇到的挑战,并提出具体的改善途径。In the new era of rapid development of the market economy, the Chinese government has introduced some policies related to medical reform, and the competition among hospitals has become increasingly fierce. In order to improvecompetitiveness, various hospitals have carried out all-round reforms, which have significantly improved the hospital's service quality and medical level. In order to better manage, many hospitals have adopted performance management, but theyface some challenges in application and do not play the value of performance management. This paper mainly introduces theconnotation and significance of hospital performance management, analyzes the challenges that hospitals face in performancemanagement in the new era, and proposes specific ways to improve.
