PDCA循环模式在消化内镜护理风险控制中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析在消化内镜护理风险控制中实施PDCA循环模式的价值意义。方法选取2017年1月—2018年4月在该院自愿接受消化内镜治疗的116例患者,对患者实施针对性的护理干预,观察比较实施PDCA循环护理模式前后患者的护理满意度及护理质量。结果实施PDCA循环护理后,患者对医护人员的护理质量评分及护理满意度明显高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消化内镜护理中实施消化内镜护理风险控制的患者采用PDCA循环护理模式可有效控制消化内镜中的护理风险,确保患者临床治疗的安全有效性。Objective To analyze the value of implementing PDCA cycle model in digestive endoscopic care risk control.Methods A total of 116 patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopic treatment in the hospital from January 2017 toApril 2018 were enrolled. Targeted nursing intervention was performed to observe the nursing satisfaction and nursing ofpatients before and after PDCA circulation nursing mode quality. Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle nursing,the patient＇s nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those before nursing （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The PDCA cycle care model for patients undergoing digestive endoscopic care risk control in digestive endoscopy can effectively control the risk of care in digestive endoscopy and ensure the safety and effectiveness of patients＇clinical treatment.
