延期献血者的招募措施及人性化服务效果

摘　　要：目的浅谈延期献血者的招募措施,并观察人性化服务的应用效果。方法对2016年1—12月该市2 600名延期献血者进行研究分析,探讨延期献血的原因,并制定延期献血者的招募措施与相应的人性化服务,于2017年1月开始实施,观察实施前后延期献血情况。结果分析2016年度延期献血情况发现延期原因主要集中在ALT偏高、血红蛋白偏低、饮食原因、服用药物、心理恐惧以及体重较低等方面,召回人数分别占延期人数61.35%、22.57%、62.09%、42.16%、37.31%、24.27%。对比2017年度与2016年度延期献血与召回人数发现,2017年度延期献血召回总人数较2 016年度1 264(48.62%)上升至1 774(72.38%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对延期献血者实际情况制定一系列招募措施并提供相应的人性化服务,可明显提高延期献血召回人数,防止血源的流失。Objective To discuss the recruitment measures of deferred blood donors and observe the application effect ofhumanized services. Methods From January to December 2 016, 2,600 deferred blood donors in the city were studied andanalyzed to discuss the reasons for deferred blood donation, and the recruitment measures for deferred blood donors andcorresponding humanized services were formulated. The implementation began in January 2017. Observe the delayed blooddonation before and after implementation. Results Analysis of the deferred blood donation in 2016 found that the reasonsfor delay were mainly concentrated in high ALT, low hemoglobin, dietary reasons, taking drugs, psychological fear and lowbody weight. The number of recalls accounted for 61.35%, 22.57% and 62.09%, 42.16%, 37.31%, 24.27%. Compared withthe number of deferred blood donations and recalls in 2017 and 2016, the total number of deferred blood donation recalls in2017 increased to 1774 （72.38%） from 1264 （48.62%） in 2016, and the difference was meaningful （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Aseries of recruitment measures and corresponding humanized services for the actual situation of deferred blood donors cansignificantly increase the number of deferred blood donation and prevent the loss of blood.
