摘　　要：目的开发医疗设备经济效益管理系统,提高医院大型医疗设备的经济管理水平。方法设计医院HIS、LIS、PACS等系统接口,监控医疗过程中的收费工作量与实际工作量等数据,并进行比对,形成医疗设备工作量报告,结合设备的各项经济指标,自动分析设备的经济效益状况。结果该系统能够实现设备收费工作量与实际工作量的比对分析,再根据预定的经济指标分析出一个时期内设备的经济效益状况。结论通过医疗设备经济效益管理系统的建立,能够详细分析医疗设备的运行工作量情况,生成经济效益报告,提高了医疗设备的使用管理水平和经济效益。Objective To improve the economic management level of large scale medical equipment in the hospital, an economic beneft management system of medical equipment is developed. Methods The system interfaces such as HIS, LIS and PACS were designed to monitor and compare the data of chargeable workload and actual workload during the medical process, thus the workload report of medical equipment was produced and economic beneft of the equipment according to various economic indicators of the equipment was automatically analyzed. Results This system could make the comparative analysis between the chargeable workload of the equipment and the actual workload. Based on this, the economic beneft of the equipment within a period of time was analyzed according to the predetermined economic indicators. Conclusion With the establishment of economic beneft management system of medical equipment, the workload of medical equipment in operation can be analyzed at length, generating the economic beneft report, and consequently improving the management level and economic benefts of medical equipment.
