摘　　要：目的通过将耗材采购的过程科学化,平衡医院、医生与患者的各方利益,促进学科发展的同时降低不必要的医疗资源浪费。方法通过前期调研确定科室常规额度、科研项目额度,要求科室对拟申请的耗材提交在用同类产品的循证评价证据,最后由院领导组成评价小组根据相关标准和要求进行预审和终审,确定最终入院产品。结果循证结果与终审结果保持高度一致,同时连续四年降低全院次均费用,减轻病人负担,并促进学科发展。结论证明循证采购管理是一种可行且有效的医用耗材采购管理系统。Objective Through scientifc purchasing of consumables, to balance the interests of hospitals, doctors and patients, so as to promote the development of disciplines and reduce the unnecessary waste of medical resources. Methods The purchasing and research amount of medical consumables was determined by previous research. Departments were required to submit material evidence-based evaluation with similar products. The fnal composition evaluation team led by court carried on the preliminary and fnal admission in accordance with the relevant standards and requirements. Results It turned out that the evidence-based results were highly in consistent with the fnal trial results. The use of this procurement process had reduced the hospital average cost for four consecutive years, reduced the burden on patients and promoted the development of disciplines. Conclusion It is proved that the evidence-based medicine is a feasible and effective medical consumables purchasing management system.
