摘　　要：目的规范医院内部的医疗设备采购管理,降低采购风险,提高采购质量。方法通过对采购问题的简要归纳,结合实践经验分析了采购流程及有效控制医疗设备采购质量的内容,包括有效应用德尔菲法、卫生技术评估法等方法。结果实践表明,医院的采购管理得到了有效的规范,采购质量显著提高。结论我们要把握好采购原则,认真执行采购流程,对采购项目进行充分地论证,引用正确的技术评价方法,注重采购人员专业素质,选择合适的采购方式,加强合同管理意识,提高设备的验收质量。Objective To standardize hospital’s internal medical equipment procurement management, reduce procurement risk, improve the quality of procurement. Methods Through a brief summary of procurement problems, the procurement process and effective control of the quality of medical equipment procurement based on practical experience were analyzed in this paper, and in this process, Delphi method, health technology assessment method and other methods were applied. Results The practice showed that the hospital’s procurement management has been effectively standardized and the quality of procurement has been signifcantly improved. Conclusion We should grasp the procurement principles and implement the procurement process seriously. At the same time, we should fully demonstrate the procurement project, refer to the correct technical evaluation method, pay attention to the professional quality of procurement personnel, select the appropriate procurement method, strengthen the awareness of contract management, and improve the quality of equipment acceptance.
