摘  要:目的探讨胰岛素泵与多次胰岛素皮下注射强化治疗2型糖尿病疗效。方法选取2017年6月—2018年6月到该院需要胰岛素强化治疗的2型糖尿病患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例对照组患者进行三餐皮下注射重组人胰岛素的方法进行治疗,实验组患者使用胰岛素泵方法进行治疗,对两组患者治疗后空腹血糖含量,餐后2 h血糖含量,以及血糖达标时间进行记录,分析两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者空腹血糖,餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,且患者血糖达标需要的时间低于对照组患者,以上数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明实验组患者治疗效果较好。结论对2型糖尿病患者的治疗方法,推荐使用胰岛素泵进行治疗,具有更好的治疗效果。Objective To study the curative effect of insulin pump and muhi-insulin subcutaneous injection in the intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes needing the insulin enhanced therapy in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group used the subcutaneous injection of rh-insulin after three meals, while the experimental group were treated with insulin pump, and the fasting blood glucose content, postprandial 2h blood glucose constant, blood glucose standards-reaching time of the two groups were recorded, and the treatment effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results The fasting blood glucose and post- prandial 2h blood glucose level in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the blood glucose standards-reaching time was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the treatment effect in the experimental group was better. Conclusion The insulin pump in treatment of type 2 diabetes is recommended, and the treatment effect is better.
