急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的护理措施

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理干预在急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者护理中的临床疗效。方法选择该院2016年1月—2018年6月收治的74例急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者,分为两组,对比分析临床护理效果。结果对照组空腹血糖(7.27±0.44)nmol/L,饭后2 h血糖(11.27±0.29)nmol/L,观察组空腹血糖(6.73±0.50)nmol/L,饭后2 h血糖(9.05±0.75)nmol/L,观察组血糖控制情况工著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总有效率94.59%(35/37)显著高于对照组83.78%(31/37)(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.10%(3/37)显著低于对照组21.62%(8/37)(P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的临床护理中,可有效提高患者护理效果。Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of excellent nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods 74 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction coinblued with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups, and the clinical nursing effect was compared and analyzed. Results The fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the control group and in the observation group were respectively （7.27±0.44） mmol/L, （11.27± 0.29）mmol/L vs （6.73±0.50）mmol/L, （9.05±0.75）mmol/L, and the blood glucose control was obviously better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; and the total nursing effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group [94.59%（35/37） vs 83.78%（31/37）（P〈0.05）], and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group[8.10%（3/37） vs 21.62%（8/37）（P〈0.05）]. Conclusion The clinical nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with diabetic ketoacidosis can effectively ilnprove the nursing effect of patients.
